Sarova Hotels & Resorts is a member of Carlton Hospitality Worldwide. Sarova currently offers 36 midmarket hotels worldwide with most of its locations in India. The chain recently announced investment deals to open 23 new hotels across India and is currently negotiating deals in Dubai and the Middle East. Sarova offers five hotel brands:
Park Plaza, Park Inn, Sarova Premiere, Sarova Portico and
Hometel.
Park Plaza offers five-star, full-service hotels located in city centers and near airports. It caters to business and leisure travelers alike, but tends to focus on business amenities. Guests can expect a variety of rooms and suites, several on-site restaurants, room service, business and meeting facilities, catering for meetings, and many other business services.
Park Inn hotels cater to business and leisure travelers and offer fewer services than Park Plaza hotels. Park Inns are full-service hotels and are generally located on the outskirts of major cities and in leisure destinations. All Park Inns have three or four stars.
Sarova Premiere hotels offer four- and five-star locations throughout India. Hotels can be found in cities and leisure destinations alike and cater to every kind of traveler. Sarova Premiere hotels focus on a cosmopolitan atmosphere with contemporary architecture and design.
Sarova Portico hotels are one tier down from the Premiere line, offering three-star, full-service establishments throughout India. The Portico chain focuses on dining and offers a 24-hour on-site restaurant and an on-site bar.
Hometel represents Sarova’s answer to the budget hotel market. Hometel is the only limited-service chain offered by Sarova. Hometels offer modern amenities such as a self-service restaurant, air-conditioning, high-speed Internet access, direct-dial telephones, refrigerators and work desks.
