Linked to Taipa by causeway, this luxury resort is nestled into a hillside overlooking the coastline, a stone's throw from one of Macau's most popular beaches. There is no casino here, and the beach certainly isn't competition for Sanya, Hainan Island (China's answer to Hawaii). The gray-sand and muddy water are scarcely a draw, but the privacy, gardens, 71-par championship golf course and excellent tennis complex are a big draw for the incentive and resort market.
