At Sweetzer, this hotel has more street cred than the nearby Mondrian, Grafton or Sunset Tower, and it's a place where the chorus line comes to party. Celebs and CEOs stay at the Mondrian or Chateau Marmont. The party never stops at this three-story, three-ring circus, which is legendary for its art-school style and naughty poolside revelry. But the guest rooms, afflicted with thin walls, poor plumbing and uncomfortable beds, are torture chambers for light sleepers.
