Located a block back from the waterfront in a safe district next to the Radisson, this hotel is 18 km from the airport. This is the only real historic hotel in Belize, built in 1927 and restored in 1997 with plenty of period details, from the hardwood floors in the guest rooms to the restaurant's original century-old bricked grill. It has withstood two major hurricanes and was last renovated in 2003.
