Northwest of Sun Valley and part of the Sawtooth National Forest, this park contains no less than three mountain ranges, several beautiful alpine lakes and more than 60 mountain-biking/hiking trails. It is a starting point for excursions on Redfish Lake or float trips on the Salmon River. The Sun Valley ski resort is located at the edge of the recreation area.
