This hotel, one block from the beach, may be only 10 minutes from Old San Juan, but its heart and soul belong in Las Vegas. The Apollo and Daphne bas relief at the entrance and the flashy lobby strike a gaudy tone that is repeated in the casino, the cabaret and the all-suites tower, where the rooms are decorated with high-rollers in mind.
