This award-winning inn was the first gem in the crown of atmospheric hotels owned by transplanted Hong Kong businesswoman Si-wai Lai. Part of this sprawling brick low-rise was once a canning factory in the 1890s, and its current use as a hotel retains many of its original charms. Its dynamic owner also runs the Prince of Wales and Queen's Landing Inn & Conference Resort.
