Set back from the Strip, the Palace is, like its neighbors, continuing to recover from the impact of Hurricane Katrina, and there isn't much in the way of resort-type amenities that have been rebuilt. But this clean-lined structure still rises 11 stories with views of Biloxi, the back bay and the gulf.
