This well-preserved, old-fashioned urban hotel is firmly established at the top of the class in this upscale college town. The Courtyard Marriott offers frugal travelers good value, but you get what you pay for. Maintenance here is very good, with the most recent improvements being new beds and bedding. This is the only address suitable for tenured professorial types.
