Thirty miles southeast of West Yellowstone and 40 northwest of the south entrance, this is the crown jewel of the three hotels within viewing distance of the geyser. This stately, turn-of-the-century log palace rises six stories and remains the most popular lodging in the park. The original portion of the inn was renovated in 2007 and 2008.
