One of the most photographed churches in Greece, this strange-looking building is actually four chapels merged into one. Its history is uncertain, and it is thought to have been built during the 16th and 17th centuries, though local people claim it dates to a much earlier time. The unusual name means "side door," because it is reached by the side door of the medieval fortress to the southwest of the harbor. Open daily. Free. Mykonos Town, Mykonos.
