pousadas (hotels in historic buildings). We suggest staying at as deluxe a property as possible to minimize hassles. Accommodations should be booked in advance because rooms in the better properties tend to fill up fast.
Accommodations in Bazaruto are best booked through a travel agency (preferably a South African one) before departure.
