This hotel is off a major road near the city center and the Palace of Culture and Science and across the street from the excellent Westin. It's surprising that anyone takes the rack rates seriously for this overpriced, commercial hotel. The location is central (between the Old Town and the downtown business area), and the guest quarters and common areas are comfortable enough.
