Situated three blocks north of its main competition, the slightly inferior beachfront Plaza Ocean Club Hotel, this spry youngster is a solid offering for frugal business folk and families. Its newly updated guest rooms are attractive, but rates are ridiculous at peak times, especially during the Daytona 500.
