Close to Port Royal Plantation in the southeastern part of the island, this popular 53-acre oceanfront complex focuses on tennis, though from the looks of the place it should focus a little more on maintenance. Though much of the property is in good condition, some of the accommodations are long overdue for improvements, and slack housekeeping isn't helping matters. Lined in rows and surrounded by grassy expanses, the resort buildings run perpendicular to the ocean.
