Professional Review
This is one of the properties closest to North Coast Harbor, and home to the Cleveland Browns Stadium and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Once the Sheraton City Centre, this hotel has done well as a Crowne Plaza over the past two years. All of the accommodations and public areas have been reworked, and service appears improved, too. This is a strong second-tier hotel that sits in the shadow of the Hyatt and InterContinental, but its rates and location are an advantage.
