This wonderful isolated tented camp is one of Kenya's most underrated retreats. It is perched on the rim of a small but spectacular green crater lake in a fenced private wildlife sanctuary situated about 3 miles east of Lake Naivasha as the crow flies. The property once formed part of the Ndabibi Estate owned by Lady Diana Delamere (of
White Mischief fame). The hilltop grave where she was buried in 1987—alongside her third and fourth husbands—lies nearby.
