Located on the north end of Seven Mile Beach, this six-story, newer-looking tan stucco building with a blue roof is situated on a back street off the main road. The exterior is kept extremely clean, and the landscape of tropical foliage is well-maintained. That said, the building itself is not impressive and looks typical for this chain.
