Comfort Inns & Suites promotes a 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee program. Guests who are dissatisfied with their accommodations or service should report the problem to the front desk and give staff an opportunity to address it. If the problem cannot be corrected, the hotel waives the room tariff.
Comfort Inn & Suites added high-speed Internet access and upgraded bedding at most locations during 2007.
