The zoo is home to thousands of animals from all over the world, including twin Siberian tigers. Don't miss the Australian Adventure, where you can climb a realistic-looking plastic baobab tree and watch as wallabies bounce by. The RainForest is beautiful—it mimics natural habitats. You'll find alligators bathing in a waterfall, anteaters sniffing for insects, a flashlight fish and a dark but fascinating display of fruit bats. Trams operate year-round, weather permitting; strollers and wheelchairs are available. On Monday, admission is free to residents of Cuyahoga County, and the zoo tends to be crowded.
