Reached via a steep, winding road through the chic (and very secure) Diamante development, this 14-year old property is visually impressive, but guests pay for its hideaway location every time they step into a taxi. Although room rates have dropped recently, food and beverage prices are high, though dining is certainly satisfactory. Still, there is plenty of quality to be found, with high standards of construction, large guest rooms and three tiered pools.
