This hotel, on Tangier's seedy, wind-swept promenade, across the road from the beach, a 15-minute stroll from the train station, and 10 minutes by taxi from the Spanish ferries, sits idly by, doing little to improve upon its inferior services. This basic, nine-story sea-view hotel is second in the ranks only to the more interesting and better-maintained El Minzah.
